Returns & Exchanges 💛

We want you to absolutely LOVE your slippers.

If something’s not quite right, you can return them within 7 days of delivery — as long as they’re still in perfect, unworn condition.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’re a small (but mighty!) brand, and we’re not able to cover return postage. 

That means:

✨ No signs of wear
✨ All tags still attached
✨ Sole stickers still in place
✨ Original packaging included

Think of it like this — they need to come back to us just as fresh and fabulous as when they arrived to you.

For hygiene and quality reasons, any items returned worn or without tags/stickers intact won’t be eligible for refund.

A Little Heads Up 👀

Because our slippers are cozy, handmade beauties, we can’t accept returns if:

  • They’ve been worn (even just “a quick try outside”)

  • Tags or stickers have been removed

  • They’re returned after the 7-day window

For hygiene and quality reasons, once they’ve been worn, they can’t be re-homed.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law 🇦🇺

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your slippers:

  • Are faulty or defective

  • Are significantly different from their description

  • Are unsafe or not fit for purpose

These rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy.


What to Do If There’s a Problem

If your slippers arrive damaged or faulty:

  1. Email us at hello@freeingvenus.com

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue

  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Worn Items

For hygiene reasons, slippers that have been worn or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
