A Little Heads Up 👀
Because our slippers are cozy, handmade beauties, we can’t accept returns if:

They’ve been worn (even just “a quick try outside”)

Tags or stickers have been removed
-
They’re returned after the 7-day window
For hygiene and quality reasons, once they’ve been worn, they can’t be re-homed.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your slippers:

If your slippers arrive damaged or faulty:

Worn Items
For hygiene reasons, slippers that have been worn or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
