We ship Australia-wide.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping: Free

  • Express shipping: $10 AUD

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

International Shipping 🌍

Shipping to North America & Europe

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and select other regions — but due to recent regulatory changes affecting cross-border shipping, we're not currently able to ship to the United States, Canada, or European Union countries.

If you're in one of these regions and would love a pair of Freeing Venus slippers, we'd still love to hear from you. Email us at hello@freeingvenus.com — it genuinely helps us understand demand as we work on making shipping to your country possible in future.

For countries we do ship to:

  • Standard international shipping: Free

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

Dispatch Times 📦

  • Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase.

  • Dispatch times are estimates and may be extended during busy periods, public holidays, or sales.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
